Align For Wealth

The key to unlocking financial success

TWT Newsletter #4

“Alignment is when our thoughts, life choices, and direction all honor our core values and ultimate goals. Alignment is when we listen to our intuition and move through the world embodying our true selves. Alignment is function and action with ease.”

To reach your biggest dreams like financial freedom and living with purpose - you need to stay true and be aligned with yourself. This is something I realized later in life, I was not aligned with my core values and what I truly wanted. This led to a lot of resistance in life. Wasted actions and more importantly inaction on the things that moved the needle.

I want to teach you how to be aligned in life, because for a long time I was chasing too many things and not doing the things I was supposed to do. Thinking that if I took more action and did more things - it would increase my surface area of success. As well as speed-up my goal to be financial free. Unfortunately, this formula doesn’t work too well.

I want to share this learning so you wake up everyday aligned; with yourself and your goals. This level of clarity will have you to take the right actions with ease. It will help unlock the best version of yourself that strives towards the goals and financial success you deserve.

Why Alignment Matters

Alignment is what you need to set at the starting point. It is important to be in alignment to achieve your goals and financial success.

Cars are a great example of being in alignment. When all the wheels are aligned with each other and straight, there is less friction involved on the road as you drive towards the destination. Every turn you take, every highway you enter, every lane you change - when you're in alignment all these things will be easier. Like a car, if you are aligned at the beginning - you’ll have less friction and resistance on the read ahead.

How to be Aligned

Being aligned means you are clear on what actions you should take on a daily basis. This also includes what actions you should not be taking. Because knowing what you don’t need to do is half the battle. Studies have shown that more than 50% of the actions an average person takes doesn’t move the needle. Remove these actions and you’ll be ahead of the game.

To begin shifting into alignment requires a deep audit of your life.

The importance of self-audit for alignment is extremely crucial and should be regularly practiced. Every cell vibrating in your body should be working towards the goal you want to achieve.

Take out a sheet of paper. Write down the things and actions that align with your goals. If that’s too difficult, start with what doesn’t align with your current goals. Questions like - What actions do I need to take? What actions do I need to take less of? What’s working? Let's do more!

Next, evaluate the people you surround yourself with and talk to on a daily basis. Figure out if these relationships align with your goals. Do you want to spend more or less time with them? Are they a part of the reason you're not making the progress you want?

Look at what you consume. What do you eat, what do you buy, what kind of information are you absorbing? If it is not taking you towards that goal, it needs to be removed. That level of commitment is necessary to reach your goal.

Here are examples of how to become more aligned:

  1. If you want to become a great actor/actress - you have to surround yourself with great actors so you can level up your acting.

  2. Everything you consume should be aligned such as a professional basketball player who looks at old basketball games to study the strategies and techniques used by players from previous generations. By doing so, they are able to pick up on new moves and implement them into their own.

  3. Aligning your diet with your health involves considering all the nutrient benefits that your body needs to function optimally, this includes paying attention to foods/drinks that you are consuming and making choices that support your overall health and well-being.

  4. Is the information you're consuming such as social media really serving your greater purpose and being aligned with your goals? Remove it if it doesn’t. Use that time to consume an audiobook or learn a new skill that will be more aligned in reaching your financial success.

Like cars, you have to have regular check-ins to stay aligned. These checkins are simply to ask yourself if you are still in alignment with your goals and core values? Is the thing you're doing serving a greater purpose - your goal? Do the people and relationships you have align? Does the information you consume align? If they aren’t remove them from your life. This will create more ease for you as you work towards your destination. Be aligned, go grind.

That’s a wrap:

  • You need to start in alignment first, it will make your journey easier.

  • Audit your life to create more alignment

  • You must have regular check-ins with yourself to be aligned
